Blade, black night, and moon knight were all last seen or based in London, werewolf by night is in a undescribed location, but would fit uk with the castle aesthetic, there’s probably some castles in America but I’m not from there so don’t really know

It would also be an interesting location to help spread out the world more

  • This would be great as the UK has a tonne of mystical history that often isn't touched upon. Popular filming location too for Marvel.

I dunno if there’s any source material connecting these characters to the Captain Britain corps and Excalibur, but I’m all for that lead-in as well.

    Abso-fucking-lutely!

  • Agreed. Plus Elsa Bloodstone is the most British character Marvel has.

Edit: It ain't that serious of a comment guys.

    More british than captain Britain

    more british than Union Jack?

    More Bri'ish than Steven Grant?

  • There are no true medieval castles in the US but I am for sure hoping they set Midnight Sons in the UK or Europe. If reports are correct then all the characters they could use would fit against a gothic horror backdrop. Especially Man-Thing.

My hope is that they also bring a now fully restored Jennifer Kale onto the team. Absolutely loved her in Agatha All Along.

I’m interested in her character but know nothing very little about her, is she faithful to the comics, what are her powers and role in the team?

Happy to help. In the comics, Jennifer is one of the world's most powerful sorceresses, often cited as a candidate for Sorcerer Supreme.

She specializes in ancient pre-cataclysm Atlantean and Lemurian magics taught by her family's line and her mentor, Dakimh the Enchanter. She can fire magical bolts, create shields, teleport, open interdimensional portals and perform astral projection. In the comics she shares a permanent psychic bond with Man-Thing, allowing them to sense each other's location and emotions. She is highly skilled in affecting memories, mesmerism and telepathy. She is the guardian of The Tome of Zhered-Na, this ancient book contains some of the most powerful spells on Earth. Within the team, Jennifer functions as the primary magical powerhouse and containment specialist. In the Marvel Zombies 4 run, she was essential in containing a zombie virus outbreak using her Atlantean magic. She often acts as a bridge between the mystical (Man-Thing, Ghost Rider) and scientific worlds, given her background in alchemy and chemistry. Due to her psychic connection to Man-Thing, she serves as one of the only people capable of directing or calming him during missions.

So far the MCU version is a significant reimagining, though it retains her core identity as a powerful, centuries-old witch. She flew off at the end of AAA rather ambiguously and if they do bring her back there is a wealth of great source material to pull from for the character.

  • Just add a bit of the midlands into the movie, last thing I want is the movie set entirely in london with a cast that all do london accents

  • Arthurian legends coming. Hoping they get Morgan le Fay back to MCU.

  • And Hollywood hates shooting anything in the states anymore !

  • Yep, I was thinking about this too.

  • No Midnight Sons/Suns project is confirmed.

    So what?

The latest rumours are that the Blade movie has been cancelled and the character will appear in a Midnight Son's movie instead.

With that rumour going around why not speculate on it?

It's been heavily rumored for many years though by multiple reliable sources, with the current rumor being that Blade has been completely canned and Marvel moving forward with Midnight Suns instead. Plus, they've introduced all these supernatural characters and Brad Winderbaum said that while they're not making Moon Knight Season 2, Moon Knight will appear again in the movies, which tracks with the Midnight Suns rumors.
