If I recall correctly, TVA Loki did skim through his Sacred Timeline self’s future so he might’ve seen himself say that if not experienced it himself.
I mean yea, I assume he saw and heard himself say that, but it just won't have the same impact to me, since current Loki won't have been the one saying it and feeling it in that moment. It was an impactful moment, and I'd rather the Loki that said it get to experience it coming to fruition with Thor. But I wouldn't be surprised if when Thor is finally done, they have them meet in Valhalla and get that moment.

That would be cool to see a quote reversal ref between Doom and Loki. A really good throwback to the first Avengers film. I wouldn't be surprised if that even shows up, to say the least.
Even if that wasn't mentioned, I can still see it spiritually since Doom is literally going to be "ruling" over others. Loki, full of character development empathy and wisdom, will be fighting against him alongside everyone else. I just love this moment as I've been waiting years to see Loki join the Avengers. Felt robbed of it at the beginning of IW, but the Loki show has really soothed those feelings. Italy's Comic-con's images have only heightened my hope.

To put it into a possible perspective: Loki won't be on that throne forever as that throne will be taken over or destroyed by Doom. No way anyone will be able to stop Doom in Doomsday. The multiverse is going to forever be changed because of Doom. Loki will need help beyond the TVA, and whoever comes to support Loki will be impacted by Doom's attacks. With the possibility of the multiverse becoming one whole universe, Loki will have to relocate to safety with anyone who survived Doom's attacks on the TVA/outside of time. His role was to "buy time" at the end of S2. Sylvie was aware that Loki won't be able to sit on that chair forever.
As for Dr. Strange, we shall see. I feel like things will be complicated with him.

As for the possibility of Loki's "reset", I don't think they'll go as far as turning him (and anyone else) into babies. I think it'll be close to the Framework from Agents of Shield. Just without sending people to digital bodies. In an alternate Battle World reality, under Doom's control, if this is where your theory is heading to, I think Doom will give everyone new fake memories/backstories. Loki, and other heroes, will be outside of Battle World trying to figure out how to break Doom's fantasy reality. This will definitely be harder to crack versus the virtual Framework. Even coming out of the Framework, the fake memories stayed with their victims. Wonder how that will work once everyone is rescued from Battle World? 🤔
Regardless, we all hope to see Thor and Loki together again with the sun shining down on them. 😆 You're right that in the first Thor, the sun was doing exactly that. Never actually noticed that until you pointed it out.

I’d say a “to me my X-men” moment from cyclops. But I feel like they’ll tease that one into another movie, likely the first X-men movie. It would be funny to see Cyclops bantering with Xavier about how to be a leader and Xavier says to create a battle cry by shouting “Engage”.
We also need Storm doing that stupid “struck by lightning” line again, but with a punchline about how that person probably pissed off Thor. And then Thor comes in for the tag team. Hell. If we don’t have a Storm/Thor team up, I’ll be super disappointed. Thor would be trying to impress her and she’s just entirely uninterested.

I need a moment where Sam is getting his ass kicked, keeps getting up. And Steve says “he might not be able to do this all day, but I think he will”.
The one thing I hope we don’t see is a de-aging of Loki in the end to create Kid Loki. Just bring us the one from the Void, please. Give us a reference of those Lokis interacting again.
