It goes through the hole but it's pretty hard to put the blade down with your finger in it, you hold the button used to swing it out and manually put it down. The blade locks into place after it's up so it's not going down while you're using it unless you press so hard you break the mechanism.
That's really just all folding knives though, your fingers are always exposed to the blade folding back in and that's what the lock is for, and well as the direction you apply force. It's no more dangerous than any other folding knife it just looks significantly more dangerous. Maybe it's a little worse since you can't move your finger down and free but if the blade has enough pressure and sharpness to chop through bone then it's probably just gonna slice it off anyway.
I've never heard of a folding knife having a lock failure, or whatever, that resulted in it chopping someone's fingers off. That kind of force shouldn't be applied to the back of the blade in any reasonable situation.
Apparently bite force wise it takes the same pressure to bite through a carrot as it does to bite through a persons finger so it really wouldn’t take all that much pressure.
It's shaped like a rifle and names like "AK-47" or "M16" or even "AR-15" all sound cooler than "rifle knife". Can't sell tacticool gear without a clickbait ass name
There is one element on it that is uniquely AK and it's the whole gas system as seen here
Keep in mind only modern AKs have a rail on top of the gas tube (the notches) and it ends with the very recognizable sloped gas port, that's what is represented on the back of the blade.
Thank you. 😆 I was looking for this comment before making one myself. Gunblades were the 1st thing that came to mind for me. *triple triad music begins playing 🎶
I remember these exact knife with the led being sold on turkish bazars 20 years ago. Guess its not just mallninjashit but also bazrninjashit. And the mechanism will wear pretty quickly resulting the blade not locking back when closed.
Seems like a ok ish design. It's not plastic and no anime tits. Looks solid metal and wood. My first purchase on Amazon was a katana and I'm banned from the trailer park
I actually have the smaller version, found it in a car I bought 5ish yrs ago and it has been my daily driver for times I need a pocketknife handy, can recommend
With a built in circumciser? That's a steal!
Oh my god I hadn’t even thought of that, lmfao, you’re so right
Oy vey
"You take your little thingy here, and you put it in this little thingy there and; nip the tip! Who's first??"
The ladies love it!
I'll take two!
Tell me that’s a shitty light on the top

Indeed it is
any way to replace it with a red dot 🤣
Probably actually, it's very easy to unscrew and it's a very cheap light
I need a scope for my knife
And a bipod
Don't forget a spotter for potential victims
Unlimited range on a melee weapon is OP
The fact that blade goes through the hole is...... Concerning
Cigar cutter maybe?
Built in hot dog slicer for camping!

Point out the AK47ness plz

Knifle
Assault knifle
No it's shaped like a submachine gun, namely the PPSh-41.
You’re in for a crazy world when you realize the PPSh-41’s stock is based on a rifle stock.
I'm getting BAR vibes from the part above the wood
Rifle knife hehehehehehe
Gunblade ala FF8
Rife Knifle

The rest has no resemblance to an AK though.
That's what it was advertised as, it has a trigger hole I guess
Oh, I find the hole very triggering
the knife’s panels are a laminated plywood like on an AK stock
Grip is reminiscent of a wooden AK stock.
No it's reminiscent of a PPSh-41
The stock and overall shape
This thing resembles a lever action rifle way more than an AK.
It resembles a submachine gun called PPSh-41
Akshually it resembles a California compliant AK stock just as much as bolt stock or lever action so fuck you /s
Looks closer to a repeater rifle
Yes.
Squall Leonheart from Final Fantasy 8 would totally carry this beaut
Thank you. 😆 I was looking for this comment before making one myself. Gunblades were the 1st thing that came to mind for me. *triple triad music begins playing 🎶
Finally. A gunblade specialist
Less AK more ppsh
It's perfect for combat.
It comes out ready.
Damn it! I hate that I want one!
I got it for real cheap off of Amazon
Yeah, but it’s low-tier. It’s just a knife with a fancy handle.
Eh... its one of those stupid gimmicky knife made with a joke handle for fun
Mall ninja imo is mostly cringe looking blades and handle that tey to act like they're overly serious, edgy ir "tactical"...
I remember these exact knife with the led being sold on turkish bazars 20 years ago. Guess its not just mallninjashit but also bazrninjashit. And the mechanism will wear pretty quickly resulting the blade not locking back when closed.
What is AK about this? It just looks like a 30-06 bolt action or something.
showed a good friend of mine and he says he’s surprised that they’re still making this same shit after nearly 20 years lol
Hey, I had the small version of that knife. Ok letter opener. Terrible light.
You better believe it sister
The hole could be a cigar cutter, not sure if it's meant to be. Cigar knives usually have a divot not a full round hole
I think it's supposed to be a grip hole, also it's trying to look like a gun
They make this knife in so many varieties. I've seen at least 5 different styles of it, and may own one of the smaller ones.
Definitely a lever action

I have like the baby version of this knife lol
I have the Big Mall (of Pakistan) Ninja version and it's ridiculous.
I actually have the smaller version, found it in a car I bought 5ish yrs ago and it has been my daily driver for times I need a pocketknife handy, can recommend
I have the same exact knife! My ex gf gave it to me as a joke
that thing's got an accessory rail!
Had that same knife in my early 20s it was a decent knife for what it was. Till it flew apart one day lmao
Is it bad that I like it?
Sure doesn't look like the Kalashnikov bayonet
I want this because it looks so very stupid.
Dude my dad has one exactly like this one. The light doesn't even work anymore
kinda, part of the design is not only impractical but dangerous but it is not over the top so it is more on the side of cool than mallninja
This knife looks pretty fucking sweet.
Yoooo I got this knife
Wow I hate this.
With the torch! Noice
Had one of these before, idk what happened to it.
Yes. Unfortunately, this is an example of MNS being kinda cool
This is an insult to the Cold Steel AK47, which is a great knife!
My grandpa left me a whole collection of mall ninja knives after his passing, a whole 108. These are some of my favorites, haha
Oh my God, this should be melted down into the slag that it is.
Nothing ak47 about this
Hey I got one of those in honduras
Oh wow I got that one back in high school
Yes
Is it called Guillotine?
I Have One,The Folding Mechanism Broke After Like A Month
A fine Mall Ninja specimen
