Wanted to share more about the copper chromium zirconium alloy bolt-action pen & its brass w/ white copper (a cupronickel) tip sibling. First off, I really like usin' 'em! u/Silent_Amphibian_922 really took the time to make 'em ready for their close-ups, w/ clean, smooth finishing & no burrs or rough edges in the bolt-actuator slots. 👌

I like that these are pretty "length-efficient" for the Parker-compatible International G2 ink cartridges, so they're front pants pocketable & incorporate the more ubiquitous refills w/ larger ink capacity & more variety than other options for pocketable writing instruments (like the lamy m22 or D1 or Pilot G2 mini).

If there was 1 thing I noticed (& which is totally subjective), since I've gotten to use these side-by-side? The "J" slot seems a little more comfortable than the reverse "J" when ya wanna be more fidgety w/ the mech. For this right thumb, it just seems to flow a little better. Not even a big deal though.

Anyway, stuck the brass w/ white copper tip 1 w/ a few other clipless brass writing instruments, just to show a sampling of the various ways a maker can house an ink cartridge & the different ways to conceal/reveal the pen point. Then added glimpses o' a couple clipped brass writing instruments to fill the space. Plus other views & how it stacks up w/ the clipped ti Autmog 38 Click round nose.

Sooo, great pens to use! Love their density & pocketability, & the designs are more streamlined, like the lamy 2000 bp or S.T. DuPont Défi, yet not just a cone like the Retro1951 Tornados, which ya don't often see. The CuCrZr does also have a larger grip section, like the Autmog 42 Click, which is also a look ya don't often encounter... 😎
