So this season has just come out in NZ. I know I’m a bit behind you guys but I have a question. Is it just me or is Huda an intolerable nut case who needs to be locked in a psych ward with a straight jacket. I’m currently extremely mad at America. I don’t understand how she wasn’t voted in the bottom 3 in the episode where USA was voting. At the same time I’m not too mad at the public because I’m convinced there is NO WAY that poll was legit. They have to have tampered because I can’t be the only one who sees that she’s a whack job and needs to leave

Oh no Huda is literally the worst.
She ruined this season for me. I felt like they purposely kept her around for drama but it just felt exhausting to watch. I’ve known people like her and so watching her act out and be praised for it was so disgusting and off putting to me
You can’t even blame it on the public. There were almost no dumpings this season and even when they “do happen” they don’t. Most of the public was demanding she be removed and evaluated for her overall mental health. Most of us were all saying this is toxic, dangerous and scary behavior both for her and the other cast members. Hell, it was even dangerous for people behind the scenes on set. This is one the most manufactured and over produced seasons EVER. It is the absolute WORST. The contestants are a whole ordeal I won’t even go into right now but…horrible.
Im not a Huda hater but I am a I’m deeply concerned person. Her behavior should have NEVER been tolerated. If that was a man behaving that way towards a woman in the villa the whole world would have been calling the cops!
I HATED everything about this season but that was the most deplorable and disgusting thing I’ve even seen the producers/tv network to allow. I honestly hope she gets help. These people are out in extremely intense situations and can either bring the bad out of you or the unimaginably horrible out of you. This was a clear sign she wasn’t ok. I felt even worse about how they allowed it and allowed it to not only impact everyone else’s experience but their own mental health. Hudas behavior is not only problematic it’s triggering for people. Her cast mates never should have been put in that situation. They did this in spite of people’s health and safety. It has made me NEVER want to watch this show again. I’m completely appalled. Yes it’s reality tv but that was something else entirely.
I genuinely wish Huda well but it was wrong that the show was put before hers & casts/crews wellbeing. This is NOT good tv.

The producers took away the public voting and regular dumpings. This cast also only dumped people in couples who found a connection. Completely backward. Granted the producers could line about public opinions anytime but this was an OUTPOURING of demands to have her removed from the show and it never happened. The almost dumpings of Huda don’t count either. They wanted her on the show, she stayed. The backlash didn’t matter.
The whole season is horrible even if Huda hadn’t been able to stay but again that is a separate issue.
If I were you, I too would be shocked but it wasn’t the audience (regardless of he wanted her to go or stay) this was absolute a decision by the show.
The “if she were a man” argument completely minimizes the experience that millions of women have being victims but never getting justice. Especially considering we have a RAPIST as president. Men get away with verbal and physical abuse every single day. Let’s not pretend they’re held accountable and ignore what women face in society just to strengthen an argument.

I am American and I totally agree with you. I don’t know if the producers manipulated the situation or what, all I know is I don’t know anybody who didn’t think Huda behaved horribly. The reunion was even ruined because they spent so much time with Huda. I for one. hope I never see her again.

Nailed it. I couldn't stand her or her weird ass eyelashes. And watching her kiss was the most unsexy thing I saw. Most of the kisses in the challenges were not pretty but her whole tongue hanging out before their faces were even close was gross.

The reason she has a lot of fans is because the intense hate she received. No one on any reality show ever has received as much hate as her, which made ppl want to support her. She got a lot of new viewers to watch the show from the hate, which made it sound like she literally offed someone in the villa, and when they saw her actions compared to the hate, they realized it was all about race and that she’s not bad at all.
