Hello I am writing this post on behalf of our DM since they don't have Reddit. I can answer questions if need be but otherwise here's what they say:

"I'm a baby DM so please be kind. The game has a lot of roleplay in it with a liiiitle bit of combat.
The vibe of the game is kinda of dark academia, I guess, there's some horror and monsters and stuff, but right now the current party is within a non intimidating area.

The main space in which the players will be located is a medium sized island within the only surviving town, nearby is a haunted/living mansion within the town and mansion there is no standardized currency. What can you give to get that item in return? (The mansion has extra planer space/pocket dimensions). Players can be any race, any class, even the flying options, doesn't matter.

I as the DM am willing to work and tweak with the players to get the characters that they wanna play while seamlessly being able to write them in on their first session. Eeehhmm The other planes are able to be accessed are able to be interacted with and have been unaffected by the great flood.

My only request with character creation is not to make a broken character. There can be synergy with how like the class and race kinda like yeahh. You really are just coping word for word what I'm saying aren't you wait wait don't say that don't say that. You better put that in quotes. I am open to criticism and if there's something I could be doing better, then let me know. If it's something that is affecting the group then we can bring it up at the beginning or end of the session and if it's something that is affecting your character then you can DM me. Am I missing anything? WHy you gotta put that in there bruh? haha.

I am still learning spells and combat which is why it's not a heavy combative game however there is going to be combative elements so just keep that in mind when creating a character."
