The treatment protocol cost 14,400 to get rid of the toxins from the mold. My rent x3. Plus medical and emotional damages for witnesses the death of a child and harassment. They sent another letter to my doctor after being moved out for weeks. Lying saying I was renting at another one of there properties which is false. The staff live on site the one women from the office lives on the other side of the complex never saw her on the side I live on until I reported issues. Then all of a sudden she starts walking by my apartment every morning the last month I live there between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM.
Your only option left is to keep looking until you find someone who believes in your case.
You’ve got to reign in the hyperbole. Landlord doesn’t owe you emotional damage. And surely didn’t cause you to witness the death of a child. What is the story there?
They had me move into an apartment where there was mold, intentionally concealed, and then when it was apparent that there was mold on the sheet rock, they hired a contractor to spackle and paint over it so they breached the lease twice, and I suffered from chronic fatigue, chronic migraines, hair, loss, brain fogthe list goes on and on ever since I moved out I feel 1 million times better I never felt that way in my life
If you have a physician who says you suffered significant effects of mold - not just “patient reports brain fog consistent with mold exposure” tell just that story to a prospective lawyer and see what happens.
If you haven't been able to find a lawyer, it's very likely that you don't have a chance for a large payout. You should probably consider small claims court and suing them for some reasonable damages, like maybe the pet deposit
You should focus your energy on yourself and improving your circumstances, rather than chasing the wind
In Georgia, an individual has to have a documented disability and an ESA letter from a licensed mental health professional in order for the landlord to consider allowing the ESA, unless it poses a direct threat or causes undue financial or administrative burden. It’s considered a reasonable accommodation which means it can be considered unreasonable - did your ESA meet all the required legal definitions? Did you leave it alone in the house to cause damage? ESAs just remain with you at all times in order to provide the support you need.
Many people think ESA is synonymous with service dogs, and they are not.
They did finally approve my ESA animal after I submitted documentation twice from two separate doctors. The first doctor’s paperwork was from way before I ever moved in. It meant all the requirements, but for some reason, they wanted more proof. I had my PCP fill out all the paperwork. There was zero damage done to the apartment. I left the apartment in impeccable shape. I worked with a professional dog trainer, so the dog is extremely well trained and did not cause any damage.
After all of that, I move out and they email my doctor more forms to fill out even though I don’t live there anymore and I was already approved. It was sent to me in writing that I was approved so I don’t know why they would be contacting my doctor when I don’t even live there anymore. Very sketchy.

You’ve vomited a word salad typical of people without much of a case. Or without tangible loss to recover.
Give the one sentence “they did x and it cost me y.” How much was your medical care for the mold?
What outcome do you want?

The property management company is 99% not responsible that you witnessed a tragic accident and they don't owe you any money related to that.
Their staff can live on site. Their staff can walk in the common areas.

Why are you an attorney
We don't do specific referrals in this sub. It is against sub rules.
You can try the Georgia bar association and use their referral service.
And I really hate to be the one to tell you this but if that many attorneys turned you down already it's likely for one of two reasons:
You have nothing actionable despite you thinking otherwise.
You have something actionable but there is not money in it for an attorney working on contingency.
SO:
Keep looking but temper your expectations.

ESA is not a service animal
I understand the difference but according to HUD and Housing Authority complexes have to allow them if the appropriate documentation is submitted
And yes, the dog stays with me at all times
