Hi, I am a 24M from Malta, I am half German, however, was brought up speaking mainly English. I have a pretty decent understanding of German and can keep a basic conversation going however I am not fully fluent and that is the level I wish to reach. I would be able to help with spoken as well as written English and Maltese :).
