Hi, I am a native Mandarin speaker from Beijing (22F). I am currently a law student working on my Chinese bar exam (edited:the exam got rescheduled).

Due to the covid, I haven't had a conversation with a stranger in a long time, only saying "hello" and "thank you" when I am buying groceries or taking a covid test . I don't want to lose the ability to meet strangers and maintain my social skills like a normal person, so welcome to practice your Chinese with me.

(Edited: all the covid restrictions are gone.)

My English level is about C1, I will take IELTS later but I am not in a hurry yet. I want to go to Germany for another undergraduate degree so I recently started learning German, but I’m only level 2 on Duolingo.

I’m a huge dog person and I have the most adorable corgi in the world🥰 I also have two ragdolls and both of them are pretty weird but cute.

I don’t really know how reddit dm works but I can figure that out.

This is my first time to do this language exchange thing. But I promise to be a good language partner or a friend. Thank you for reading my introduction, and I hope this is not a bad one.

  • Hello I sent you a message on discord

  • Happy to do language exchange with you if you’re still looking!

  • Hi, I'm an American (very slowly) learning Mandarin and would be glad to talk with you! I don't have a lot of spare time, so my frequency may not be as high as you're seeking for a primary language partner — but I could definitely talk on occasion! PM if you'd like
