Hello, Guys. I am Yeii, a international student in The US now. At this very moment during my summer vacation , I feel isolated and culminating bored, and thus I wish I can make a friend there to live though the period, and also improve my awful English.

I wish we keep touch with each other, like having a regular meeting per week, in order to make some valid work on our language study. (p.s: I had a language partner in my school and he was enthusiatic at first couples weeks. And then …. vanished. I was so sad and considered if I did somethings annoying. But he just told he quit from his Chinese class, so he didn’t need to study Chinese anymore. Totally strike on me🥲)

I am living in Santa Monica, LA. If you are also living near there, I am glad to teach and learn with you on ground.

Don’t hesitate to ask me more.

  • Hello, I'm very new to reddit and learned that speaking different languages is the best way to learn. I can Offer English and am Seeking Chinese Mandarin.

I'm learning programming and enjoy playing music and learning about music production. Although I have many other hobbies I enjoy and we can talk about that.

I want to learn a second language because English is all I know

I don't have any experience mandarin unfortunately but will spend the next day or two learning the basics to start. I'm a Native English speaker from America and having a person to talk to and learn from sounds like a good idea

Going back and forth between English and Mandarin seems to be a good way to pass the time if nothing else.

Is there a way or time you would want to start (For example: Discord, Skype, WhatsApp, Phone, etc.)

You mentioned school as well, which college are you going to?

I went to community college in Arizona.

I will not be able to answer till 6pm est tomorrow but that isn't necessarily my time schedule

Sorry I was a few hours late. If you want to start let me know.
