I am a 25 year old woman from Spain. My level of English is C2 and I teach Spanish and English because I'm completely bilingual, so I would be qualified to help you improve your English! My level of French is around B2 and I am able to speak fluently and have interesting conversations, but I need to improve my French and expand my vocabulary. If you are looking for someone that can point out your mistakes in English and help you correct them & do a language exchange, I'd be really glad to!
I created a language exchange Discord server which contains many English and Japanese learners (and native). In fact, we are having regular voice chats in Japanese every Wednesday and Sunday!
