Change 'a' to 'an' because 'an' comes before a vowel. (Don't worry I mess up on this one here and there.) Vowels- a, e, i, o, u. English starts with an 'e' so it will be 'an.'
English should be capitalized. For example, Spanish, Russian, French, Italian, etc.
Spelled writing wrong. It should be 'writing' not 'writting.'
Spelled patient wrong. You spelled it as 'practice' as in "I practice English every day to get better at it."
'We can share it.' Is grammatically correct however 'it' refers to one thing not multiple. For example, a coat, a toy, a dress, etc. If you notice you put memes which is plural meaning multiple so the correct word would be 'them'.
Missing a word. It would be 'No matter where you are from just send me a message if you're interested.'

Overall I'll give you an A-.
