    I can fully understand cantonese, but just can speak a few. Though I live in Guangdong, there are many dialect in Guangdong. My parents all can speak so can speak a few of cantonese.

    I see! The thing is, my parents and i are oversea Chinese! I also can just speak a few cantonese but can’t read chinese characters at all. Unfortunately my native language isn’t english so i am not sure if i am a great enrichment for your “English language development” hhh
