Thanks for all of your kind and helpful support. I am already getting in contact with you. In case I need further help I'm going to write it here.
Hi everyone,
I'm working at a multinational company for about eight months. English is the office language and since most co-workers are non native speakers it worked fine for me. In the following week I have to do a presentation/pitch online in front of several english speaking coworkers. Is here anyone who would like to listen to the things I want to tell and give me advice/correct me? I work in financial industries and have a lot of knowledge about capital markets and macro. Therefore I would like to answer your questions about those subjects or help you to improve your german skills. Since I need to improve my speaking skills, I would appreciate to talk via WhatsApp or telegram. Voice messages would be fine, Skype or anything like that even better. Male, mid 40s, born and located in germany.
Hi! I’m a native English speaker, and I grew up speaking German (but I’m shy with speaking German and want to get more comfortable!). I don’t work in finance, but I mess around with stocks - I would be happy to go over your presentation for you! Just let me know :)
I just want to tell you that you are already doing an amazing effort by speaking a second language. Don’t panic over your foreign accent. Good luck!
Hi, I’m an native English speaker. Live in California, have experience as an editor, am familiar with the corporate grind. Probably about A2/B1 in German these days (have forgotten a lot). Happy to help - send a PM if you like!
Hi there. I’m a native English speaker, and I am a B2 in German. :)
Hey, I'm a native English business type who is living in Germany and attempting to learn German. I'd be happy to hear your presentation and give feedback if you'd like. PM me.
Hey, I'm a teacher based in Germany, I can help you if you'd like just PM me (:
Hi, I can help you if you want. I am not a native but rather fluent in English (C2). Unfortunetly I don't know anything about Finance but if it is pronunciation that you want help with or to improve your speach in general I can help. I have been studying German for more than a year and would like to improve my speaking skills as well. If interested then send me a message.
