Offering: English, French Seeking: Japanese / Friendship

I am seeking to learn Japanese to be conversational and understandable to most native speakers of the language.

I've grown up living in an English neighbourhood in Quebec. At first I couldn't speak french but because of the law I had to go to a francophone school from the age of 5. It has now been close to a decade that I know french and English. I am fourteen and that's about it. Feel free to DM me if you are interested! :)
