27 M Korean American here.

I am Native to Korean, and am very fluent in English (at least I would like to believe so).

I can understand Japanese (hearing), but I can barely speak one. (can't read/write)

I was hoping I could find a Japanese friend to motivate myself to learn Japanese!

I do enjoy watching anime/manga/drama/game, too, so whoever is down for any kind of idle chat from time to time, please let me know!
