Hi, I am a native English 23 year old (24 in a month!) and I am wanting to learn Arabic. I am able to read Arabic (but only slowly) and I am trying to learn in a few different ways online but would love some help from a real person! I would prefer to learn from a mix of both voice chat and typing, and am willing to offer help with spoken and written English. Please only get in touch if you're willing to be patient as I am pretty much a complete beginner. Thanks!

Hi, sorry for the late reply, just been dealing with the new tier 4 rules where I live. Thank you for the reply! Would you like to chat on Discord? I just find it easier than Reddit personally

  • Why egyptian arabic specifically

Sorry for the late reply! Been dealing with CV19 stuff :/ I have heard that of all the dialects that Egyptian is the most widely spoken. I also have been to Egypt a few times and adored it there, so it could be helpful if I ever go back again

Most widely spoken would be iranian or saudi arabian... but egyptian is the easiest to pronounce of the arabic dialects

Ah okay, thank you for letting me know! The resources I have been using have been specifically for MSA, but when I google something I'm not sure about, it often gives me an answer in both MSA and Egyptian, so this could be why I thought that
