I agree! Like I been trying so many time, I don’t know if it because I learned to speak Vietnamese first or my tongue just don’t know what it is doing.
Maybe try tongue/mouth exercises to improve the rolling of r’s on YouTube. I tried it and I improved a little bit. I think it gives your tongue more strength and flexibility.
Hey don't worry about it too much, some accents like the one from la rioja (Argentina) do not roll the rr, they just make a "sh" sound and it's still correct spanish.
Also doing that is something learnable, when we are kids we cannot roll our rr too, but with some practice eventually one gets it.

I tried a few of them, and ended up getting frustrated from just making weird noises and hurting myself. Don’t even asked what I did to hurt myself😭
