Hi! Russian is my first language and I'm teaching myself Italian now but I'm still a beginner in it

With English, my level is upper intermediate/advanced but I feel like without practice I'm starting to forget a lot of things and I'm not as fluent as I used to be so I'd love to be able to practise it more to improve my fluency
