My name is Oscar, I'm almost 27 and I live in Mexico. I was raised in the USA so I consider myself fully fluent in both languages. So I can assist you if you're learning one or both languages.

The reason why I'd like to speak with other English speakers is to maintain my English level whilst living in a Spanish speaking country. I studied basic German so I'd love to speak to a German speaking person as well.

I'm open to using any communication platform, whether it be through text/voice/video.
