Hello, I am a 13F who lives in America. My first language is English, and I have an intermediate- upper intermediate proficiency level of Chinese/Mandarin. I just want someone who will talk to me in Mandarin, and it is fine if you are not fluent in Mandarin either. I kind of just want a penpal-type person to talk about random stuff to that is around my age.
