I'm late but I'm Syrian and all my best friends are Egyptian and I talk to them every single day. If you want any help with Fu-sha (Standard Arabic) or the Egyptian dialect I can help you.
Okay, I’m just surprised no one has asked you why you are in Egypt... that’s an amazing conversation starter in any language... so, what brought you to Egypt? (Native English, proficient Spanish)
Haha it’s like “bro”. Or “you’re kidding me, my friend”! “Hueón” (weo) is the word for friend or stupid person. It depends of the context and if you are a friend, relative or a “foreigner” and Huevees or huevis (Wei)we say “huevear” is a verb can be bother or play. This is very informal Chilean Spanish. I hope it helps and no me estés webeando with the question. Haha
Mmm I’m talking about linguistics too. Dialect according Wikipedia is “usage refers to a variety of a language that is a characteristic of a particular group of the language's speakers” in this case we are talking a variety of Spanish like your Spanish and my Spanish. We share similarities but we do not share all our words.
Please text me.
Can you text me?

I’m a native Spanish speaker and even I can’t translate that. Is that Spanish?
Which dialect do you speak ? Even some Colombians say huevón when they speak.
I don’t speak any dialect. I speak Spanish.
?? Me too but you know are different Spanish and dialects and so on
I’m peruvian so according to Wikipedia it would be Andean-Pacific Spanish (Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela)

Sure, but in “no weí po weo” I can only recognize “no” 😂
Hahah our diversity in language is like that. Don’t worry if you don’t understand because Chilean Spanish isn’t easy sometimes
