  • Lol what do you mean by your vocabulary is very "US"? I really don't notice that much of a difference in vocabulary (at least at an academic level)

    Trust me, if you ever work on a group project with a bunch of people who write in US English when you're British (or vice versa) - yes, it's noticeable. Very.
