Bonjour! I am a 29F native English speaker who is returning to French after not using any for ~12 years. I'm currently at about an A2/B1 level although I'm much more confident writing versus speaking. I have 2 cats who I am completely obsessed with and I will definitely send you way too many photos of them.

I have a pretty wide variety of interests - reading, video games, sports, travel, current events, history, puzzles... Hit me up and tell me what you're most excited about these days.

  • Hi! My name is Flavie and I am a native French speaker. I currently have a C1 level in English, and I would love to try to hit the C2 jackpot. Can't really practice my speaking skills anymore as the English level in my university isn't very good. I don't really know how this sub works and how we are supposed to help each other (lessons, discussion...) but I would gladly try! I also have 3 wonderful cats that I would love to tell you about!

  • Wish I spoke French. This post strikes so close to home

  • Hey 21F native french. Got one siameseish cat at home that I really miss. Would love seeing lots of yours

  • Me! me!! I'm 33F not native French speaker but 100% fluent (living in France for the past 7 years), and I have a cat I'm also obsessed with (he's in like 80% of the pictures in my phone). I'm also a fluent English speaker but my pronunciation has gotten distorted lately due to speaking English with French speakers a lot so I could really use some native input!

PS I speak English with French speakers because English is the official language in my company, not because I'm lazy :P

  • This is the day when I regret not learning French sedulously at school. Cat photos... that's the best offer I've seen here so far :D
