Hi, I'm a 30 years old guy from Japan. I learn English to tell overseas tourists about Japanese culture who visit my city. I'm looking for a language partner who teaches me English, especially about listening. I feel that listening to English is my weak point, so I try to understand the voice of TOEIC tests. Still, I can't continue the practice because of its difficulty. I'm glad if somebody helps me improve my English!
I have some very voluminous dictionaries, with which I could help you study Japanese. They are standard Japanese, basic Japanese, English-Japanese, classic Japanese-classic Chinese, classic Chinese-modern Japanese, classic Japanese-modern Japanese dictionaries. In particular, I have six big dictionaries about kanji (or classic Chinese characters). Therefore, I can answer questions about kanji's meanings or usage (except modern Chinese characters) and Japanese words' origins in detail.
I love Japanese manga and anime very much! I mainly read manga for girls and women, which is called "Shojo Manga," even though I'm a man.
Everybody is welcome! DM me if you're interested!
Hey do you use discord??
Hi, I use discord. Where are you from?
Hello! I'm seeking a Japanese partner to speak to.
I'm a Portuguese Native (European), but I do speak fluent English. A bit of french as well :)
I prefer speaking thru discord, but we can arrange speaking thru another lane.
DM me up if interested!
Konichiwa Maimoto San. I am a native English speaker and would love to chat with you. We could chat on WhatsApp or Skype, so you can practice "listening" to an English speaker. It would be wonderful to learn some basic Japanese phrases from you-I am completely new to the language, besides the food! Arigato gozaimasu :)
Wassup man, bilingual speaker here. I've been studying Japanese since some time and I'd love to get someone to speak with(especially somebody that doesn't bail out after the first 2hrs of conversation lol).
Feel free to DM me on Reddit and I'll give you my Discord or whatever platform you like, we can figure it out on that one.
I think I can help. Fluent in English, native in Russian which might help when explaining various rules, but my Japanese is A1 at best, so up to you.
I'm not an english native but big fan of japan (been to Japan two times), just hit me a message and we can chat about animes, mangas, go & ramen
Hi, I'm an Asian-Australian girl living in the USA (native English). I studied Japanese for years but stopped. would love to get back into it with you!
I'm same age as you, American English native speaker with some linguistics background and some Japanese. Throw me a PM if interested.
Konnichiwa Maimoto-san! I'm self-studying Japanese and would love to help you with English. I have experience in teaching Japanese students too.😃
I would like have conversations with you. Although I am quite busy these days, once I organize my work, I should be able have some time to chill and chat regularly. We usually prefer discord, group chats are especially helpful for improving listening.
