Understand conversations on the internet, subsequently also colloquial speech.
Be conversational.

Note: I don't intend to learn all the languages at once as I'm still a college kid.

Note #2: You don't have to fit all 3 criteria as I'll (actually, I have sought out partners) be seeking out individual language partners for each language so as to not overwhelm anyone.
