Hey there,
I (22 M) speak German natively and my English should be at a high-ish level (C1 on paper). So what I can offer is conversational skills in both languages, be it in text or speech.
Learning a language and applying things that I've learnt in an environment where the language is not actively spoken are two different things. I am looking for native speakers to give insight about how the language is actually spoken in everyday life.
That being said, I have more knowledge in Chinese than Japanese. The latter is more an interest I have from engaging with Japanese media.
I can offer mandarin/Chinese ,seek English.
