Offering Vietnamese (native), English (C2), seeking Chinese and Japanese

I will make this quick and concise. I'm 22 years old, graduating from uni this year. I have been studying Chinese for the last 3 months and can comfortably say I'm at HSK3-equivalent level. Japanese-wise I have not touched for the last 4 years, but can still say I'm around N3 level with very rudimentary speaking and writing skills.

I want to seek anyone who is comfortable with speaking (to a stranger, no less haha), I have had past experiences teaching English for a living as well so if you are seeking an IELTS tutor by chance I can fulfill it as well (free ofc). If this interests you, HMU!
