  • Just curious, what do you hope to talk about if you dont even have a basic grasp of music, movies or literature?

I expected this question. Even though I don’t have much interest in music, movies, I enjoy many other topics like programming, games, documentaries, Arabic literature and poetry, languages, Some YouTube channels, and anything away from movies or music. I believe everyone has their own interests, and not being into one area doesn’t mean I can’t talk about other subjects. These different preferences are what make conversations interesting and diverse.

  • Hi!! I'm a 30F, not a native English speaker but I'm pretty good if it's spoken English you are looking for. I would love to be able to speak spoken Arabic!! It's very different than the bookish Arabic so honestly the books aren't a huge help.

Hi! That’s awesome! I’d love to help you with spoken Arabic. You’re right, it’s definitely different from the formal version.
