I (19F) have just recently started dating my hispanic boyfriend. Whilst his ‘main’ family does know english, there’s a lot of his family who only knows spanish and i want to be able to interact with them better especially since he has more family coming from Peru to visit for the holidays this year. I want to learn in secret tho to surprise him.

I am in fluent in both English and Japanese. English being my first language and studying Japanese for 7 years now. (don’t know if this helps but i’ve also lived in Japan for 3 years).
