Falls du Interesse hast, schreib mir gerne privat! :)

  • Hey I'm Dutch learning German, hit me up

  • I am Dutch and learning German. Is that a match made in heaven? I am Tessa. 20 years old. I am currently studying ict (software engineering). I love skiing and reading. I usually ski in Austria, hence I started learning German. What are your hobbies? Send me a message if you’re interested to chat/ call/ ….

Sure, let's do it! I'm gonna pm you.

    Sounds great!!

  • Hi! What are you looking for in particular? I'm Dutch and would like to see if I can help in some way, because I think it's interesting when someone wants to learn Dutch. I'm learning Bosnian and it's kind of a niche language to learn also, so I'd like to be able to help if I can.

But it kind of depends on what your goals are and what you've been up to to learn the language. I mean, I'm by no means a teacher or whatever, but I am interested in languages and grammar.

Also, just to be clear, I'm not looking to learn German, like to practice my English for sure, but am mostly happy that English is a language we're both comfortable with. It makes talking about Dutch easier I think or finding examples to see how things are said in Dutch.

So, I'd love to hear what you're looking for when it comes to learning Dutch!

I'm mostly looking for someone to text/talk to in Dutch to get some practice in. I've done duolingo for a while, but the owl is not covering everything I need day to day, really. I live close to the Dutch border and I have some friends there and just figured it'd be good to learn. And it's fun.

Ah nice! Are your friends not interested in practicing with you? I mean, that would be so motivating, if they were ☺️

No not really unfortunately, they prefer English

Ah that's too bad. It sounds like you and Tess hit it off and she's studying German, so that seems a better match, I hope you'll have fun together!!
