Buddy of mine is a refugee from Ukraine, grinding blue color jobs 24/7 while in the States; But comes from a highly educated family and has a background in administrative duties back home. Highly proficient in Russian and competent in Ukrainian.
Currently he is doing his best to study the language, but most of his time is consumed by the gig work. Grinding as an appliance technician freelancer and Uber Eats/DoorDash. There is a lot of downtime in between, and we want to fulfill it with actively sharing the language with a native English speaker.
