Hey, I am a 23 year old student and nerd who studies and learns a lot of languages. I have been doing Russian for some time now, and now feel comfortable enough to begin learning another language. I have very recently begun learning Arabic and would love to have a friend that I could once in a while ask for help explaining stuff, and maybe in the long run, have a conversation with in Arabic. I speak a couple of other languages to varying degrees as well.
Briefly about me: Right now I'm doing a masters in Spanish, and I work as a teacher teaching Norwegian to immigrants who come to here. I want to learn Arabic to have an even further outreach in the immigrant community, and understand even more people. My intermediate goal however is being able to play the few videogames there are, in Arabic, and get to a level where I can use this method to further learn Arabic.
I love talking about practically anything that has to do with languages, especially writing systems and etymology. Otherwise I enjoy playing videogames, reading science/history books, politics to some extent and also linguistics.
