To whom it may concern. I am learning Arabic. I don’t know a lot but I do understand how the script works now, so you don’t have to worry about explaining all that to me. Well, maybe some pointers, but anyways. I have been studying the script for a few weeks, so I now understand how to piece the letters together in their four forms, to add the vowels (kasra, damma and fat-ha). I also understand hamza and yaa at end of words, doubling the vowels at the end of words, the sukoon and the shadda. I am still working on it, but I pretty much get how to make words now. I would imagine that would be a pain to teach over text or video call lol.
On the flip side of this arrangement, I can teach you English to whatever level or proficiency you desire. For it is my native language and the only language I speak competently. Well, hopefully with your help I will be speaking Arabic competently someday also. My motive for learning Arabic is because I am new to Islam, and would like to read and speak the language of the Quran. (I realize Arabic of the Quran is somewhat different but I will start with standard Arabic first). I look forward to hearing from you.
