I (18f) am looking for friendships with people (not too much older than me) interested in language learning and linguistics (or just willing to help me learn their native language and become friends :) ). This September I am going to college to study applied linguistics and arabic. Besides linguistics, I am interested in social sciences and politics as well as drawing and many other things.

to give you a bit of an understanding of my level of speaking the languages that I'm seeking:

Arabic (almost none existent)

Spanish (my level of reading and comprehension is pretty good and I know grammar well, but I never really tried writing or speaking)

Japanese (I've been learning it for 4 years now but it's still pretty bad because of how unsystematic I was)
