Hello! I'm an 18 y/o American. I'm a big fan of learning languages, and I loooove connecting to other people through languages.

I'm a huuuge nerd for linguistics, have been for a couple years, and I'm pretty good at explaining grammatical functions, even those that I've had minimal contact with. If there's a technical grammatical feature of a language that confuses you, I'm capable of figuring it out.

I'm more inclined towards Indonesian, Dutch, and Japanese in that order when it comes to learning.

I like talking about music, linguistics, and technology mostly. If there's a television show in your language that you recommend I watch, 100% RECOMMEND IT OMG

jika anda berbicara bahasa, mari Saya tidak tahu SLANG DALAMNYA :333

  • Hi u/corjon_bleu, I'm down for this & would love to be your language exchange partner! I can speak Indonesia (native). are you still open for this opportunity?

    ya! gue dibuka!

thanks, i'll dm you. first thing, "gue dibuka" doesn't sound right. "gue dibuka" sounds like you get your clothes opened by other ppl or something. "yes, i'm open" in this case is better translated into "ya, masih buka" (that translates into "yes, it's still open", yeah i know it's different but that's how people say it)

    tentu aja :)) makasih bnyk
