Hello! Amy name is Amy, and I have been learning French on and off for about 10 Years now, and ASL for about 4? I understand French decently well, especially when written, but I really need to practice speaking and writing it more. I understand ASL somewhat, but need more practice for sure. I am in college getting a degree in French currently, and a certificate in ASL, but I have finished all of the classes offered at my school and I just need more practice. I’d love to start chatting and/or signing with any French/ASL using folks somewhat regularly if possible, if any one would be willing and/or would like to practice speaking english or just practicing these languages as well :-) My hobbies include cooking and baking, playing video games, watching tv (especially anime!) and making ceramics. I hope to make some new language pals asap!
Hello I'm French and I can help you
Hello!! I would like to practice ASL with you. I am not fluent and do not feel confident to teach it, as I am not a native nor do I have a degree. I have been able to have conversations with Deaf women in the past, but my receptive skills are very rusty. I have been signing to myself for the past 15 years 🤣🤣🤣
I’m so sorry I missed this message for so long!!
That sounds wonderful, im so down!! Haha i’m in the same boat, I can converse (not all too well) in ASL, and i’m planning on getting a certificate in it at my college, but I need to practice so that I keep up on my skills!! I would love to practice with you so that we can both keep up on our signing abilities! :D
That sounds great! Send me a direct message
