30F U.S. native English speaker. I used to be much better at Mandarin but would currently rate myself as low intermediate (A2/B1-ish). Hoping to improve my speaking fluency & grammar with a native speaker - happy to make a new friend as well. :) I’d be looking for someone willing to commit to video meetings or calls on at least a weekly basis.

I enjoy traveling, good food, Netflix reality shows, and psychology - but totally open to discussing other interests. I may be traveling to Taiwan in the medium term, so I’d prefer someone with that accent and/or who uses traditional Chinese for writing. I’d also prefer someone around my age (+/- 5 years) so that we can better relate to each other’s conversation topics.

I have English tutoring experience and am fine with helping an exchange partner at any level of English.
