I have a friend in Fortaleza who is seeking to improve her English speaking skills in anticipation of upcoming an assessment in order to study in Ireland. She is therefore interested in meeting online regularly and discussing her university project. Due to the time difference and her work schedule it´s preferable that the other person is based in Brazil or a similar time zone, but maybe you could make it work!
