I'm a mixed American kid, who spent a few years growing up in Puerto Rico. But, when I came back to the states (before they were a commonwealth), it was looked down upon to speak any language except English in school. I lost my spanish because of it; along w some other languages I'd learned before moving to and while in PR -(a little bit of polish, creole and french). I promised myself at 18 that I would learn every language I'm from fluently before I hit 50 (32 now). I want to be able to teach my future children where they're from. If anyone is willing to, I'm looking learn:
Spanish (Puerto Rico) Polish (Warsaw/ Kraków) Italian (Calabria)
