Hi , so I won't their giveaway last year in nov on Instagram. The post is pinned on their page. They asked my my mailing address along with 15 others. I emailed them my mailing address. Thn got no replies.
It's been 2 months now. I haven't received anything. And I don't even have a tracking number so that I could track it and try to find it on my level. I don't live in korea so it was an international mail.
Can someone help me on how to contact them for this or is there any other way to find it ??
It's a good chance they disqualified you and ghosted you because you don't have a Korean address. Did you read the rules? Do they require a South Korea address to claim the prize? Unless it's a global giveaway, they won't mail it internationally. When you win any giveaway in South Korea, always give them a South Korea address. Use Delivered Korea or Kfriday.
Yes it was an international giveaway and many other winners were from other countries as well.
I see. Did you message any other winners and ask if they got a response or their gift? Ask the other winners.
Send them your mailing address again. If no response by next week send it to them again. Literally spam them 😂
