For those of you who have made an LMNT DIY drink, how did you incorporate the recommended fruits? Did you just drop the fruit into the water and let the fruit diffuse into the water or did you mash/squeeze the fruit into the water?

What flavor(s) have you tried and could recommend from Redmond’s? I recently got back to keto and need a good electrolyte mix. I used to use Advanced Nutrients, but I never really liked it. The only flavor I could do was the mango, and even that got boring long-term. I just finished a bottle of Trace Minerals drops, but it’s $20 a bottle for just 24 servings. I did like that it’s flavorless so I could put it in my tea with some stevia and not taste any saltiness, but I’d much rather have a good quality powder mix that’s more cost effective and have the drops as backup to use when more convenient.

I’ve had better flavor by gently squeezing or muddling the fruit first, just dropping in would make it feel weak
When I compared them to Redmond’s Re-lyte I did not feel LMNT was good enough. Just my humble opinion.

My favorite is lemon lime. I tried Pina colada and it was definitely not for me.
