Preheat air fryer on 400 for 5 minutes.
Cut, weigh 6oz lean sirloin. (The scale says 7, but I ended up leaving an ounce off.)
Cut steak into strips.
Toss in air fryer for 4 minutes.
Shake air fryer basket to flip them.
Wait 1 minute.
Toss in 5 Guerrero Zero Net Carb Tortillas.
Wait 1 minute.
Remove tortillas.
Turn off air fryer, let steaks finish in residual heat.
Use 1 tablespoon Fage 0% Milkfat Plain Greek Yogurt for all 5 tortillas and dress them before the steak (easier to spread).
Repeat with salsa.
Fill with steak.
Salt/pepper.
Chives optional.
I would've added jalapeno if I had any. Added to the grocery list.

I dont get why you made that comment though he seasoned it with salt and pepper, thats a seasoning. Hes taking it personal because this is a keto recipe sub, where people are trying to lose weight, stay healthy, and work with limitations. You could have easily said, "try it with this seasoning instead and see how you like it" but you had to turn it into a comedy act for your own ego.

Looks good to me, but just a heads in case you're newer to Keto, you're probably under counting your carbs. I'm a "if it fits in your macros" kind of person, but I'd at least go 0.5 carbs for each tortilla. They don't have to label if it's under a gram per serving, but it's unlikely that they're truly 0. Also, with the salsa, there's definitely carbs. Just something to be aware of if you're trying to be strict.
That’s a fair call tbh. Those 0 carb labels can be pretty misleading once you stack servings, and salsa always sneaks some sugar in. I’m also more in the fits my macros camp, but it’s definitely good info for anyone trying to stay super strict or avoid accidental carb creep.
