So i want to start a keto plan weekly once a month Can you please suggets me what you eat. Like be spesific how you next meal is going to be, and give me tips... How you felt and tell me you personal story how is keto for you?
I heard that when u eat keto diet u smell pretty bad , is it true for you?

Sorry do you mean you will do keto once a month for a week? The keto diet probably won’t work well in that instance, you need to stick with it for a while to “switch” into the metabolic pathway that actually makes it work (think of it as “keto mode”… takes a week or two for it to properly activate and after that the aim is to stay in “keto mode”).
You don’t smell bad on keto! You can have bad breath if you enter “ketoacidosis” but this would be extremely unlikely unless you’re not eating enough.
The best way to approach keto is to stay using a food tracking app (I use MyFitnessPal) to track everything you eat. You do need to closely monitor your “macros” (carb, fat and protein intake). It’s very hard to do unless you use an app and religiously log your food (especially when you’re new to it). You should also monitor fiber intake and aim to include as much fiber as possible, otherwise it’s easy to get blocked up and/or get the shits.
In terms of what to eat… there are loads of websites out there with meal plans and recipes. My personal approach is to try to eat a fatty breakfast (eggs with bacon and avocado, and some cream in my coffee), a lighter lunch (a salad with mayonnaise and chicken thigh or salmon) and a light dinner (a fatty cut of meat, veggies with butter or salad with mayonnaise).
If you’re looking for a “part time” diet option, intermittent fasting could be for you (I.e one or two small meals a day).
Acetone breath has nothing to do with ketoacidosis. It’s just the body getting rid of too many ketones by urine, sweat and breath - and it’s known to happen to a bunch of people early on in the process, when their bodies haven’t yet gauged how many ketones are required and are producing them in overdrive after stopping the carb intake. Ir gets fixed on its own after a while, so just stick with it.
(Also it might feel potent, but some people report it as fruity/metallic/nail polish. and not necessarily a foul smell)
