"Lowered standards for jobs" make me furious. Women are underpaid. Our career is expected to play supporting role to our partner's career. Even in female-dominated fields men are paid better than their female peers. Whereas a man is allowed to simply perform his work tasks adequately, a woman in the same position has to fight tooth and nail just to be paid the same.
