This is amazing! Reminds me of those stories you hear about average moms lifting cars with their kid trapped underneath. I don't know if it's true of not but I'd like to think that'd be me in that situation with zero training and the muscle tone of a shrimp.
It is true! We learned about it in anatomy and physiology, during extreme moments of duress the body can recruit much higher percentage of muscle fibers than it normally can recruit. It’s not without consequences though, when this happens and the adrenaline wears off they will be in so much pain from torn muscles and burst blood vessels. It’s the price to pay for survival.
I had an accident on black ice many years ago, car ended up on its roof. Nobody else involved and I wasn't hurt thankfully. The adrenaline rush was enough for me to be able to flip the car back over, and back then I was a scrawny bint built like a twiglet. Heavy 80s era Volvo too.
I have big quads and calves and I also tell my husband I’m training to be able to remove a car from off of our kids if I am ever in the position to need to.😂
Yep with that adrenaline you could. It's not like you'll have to flip it a whole 360, you'd probably just have to lift it a few inches in order to save a trapped kid, so you probably could.
In the 80s, cars were much smaller and lighter. Hondas, Toyotas, even the domestic cars were all small and light. It was from the gas shortages of the 70s. But now, everyone drives an SUV or a truck, which are all massive when compared to those older, smaller commuter cars.
Today's electric cars are also much heavier than gas cars because of the very dense battery packs.
I think you would be very hard pressed to find anyone who can lift any of today's cars, adrenaline or not.
Yeah I remember how we, 6 pupils of 17 or 18 years, carried a car from one parking space to a different one as a prank. It was heavy but definitely not a problem.
This is what I think I look like when I'm out pushing around round bales of hay for the animals, which are like 400 to 500 lbs. But really I'm far less impressive.
But I think the bigger issue is here is a video of a woman doing an objectively cool thing, and a bunch of idiots cant help but talk about her attractiveness.
Just let the gal do something cool. It doesn't have to be about how attractive she is.
lol lots of people find us attractive, I'm built like that woman and I'm never lonely. There's a lot of calm and confidence in strength. What's not to love?
The fear of getting my head crushed between them thighs. A girl half her size almost popped my head once. So there's that. But I would still put myself there again
If you watch closely you can see that when she can get her thigh & hip just under the car, that’s when she can power lift it and roll it in seconds, so her lower & middle body strength is also incredible
Yeah I've had a woman sit on my leg before while in the straight toe position and I can't imagine the weight of an car, even a motor less one, in that position.
How on Earth did she not blow her wrists doing that with an under grip until that high!? Here I am getting wrist pain if I do t warm up properly before push ups :’(
She doesn't look like a figure competitor, sure, but she absolutely is built like a power lifter. Not a lot of vanity muscles on display but she's got a SOLID core. Everywhere from her neck to her knees is the picture of strength. That woman could do lunges with me on her shoulders as effortlessly as wearing a hat.
Body builders aren't actually that strong compared to the expectation their appearance inspires. If you go look at actual Olympic weightlifting, the people with the strength to lift the heaviest things are actually shaped exactly like this gal.
I think people are saying this because she's strong as hell but still has a characteristically feminine physique/appearance. It's unfortunately common to hear people suggest that a woman's body becomes "too masculine" if she lifts weights. She is subverting that expectation.
That's because bodybuilding involves sculpting your body to look a certain way by isolating muscles, putting them under stress, and maintaining low bodyfat. You still build strength to work with heavier weights, but the objective is sculpting your appearance. She does strength training which means her sole objective is to lift the heaviest thing she can by any means. You eat what you want, and you get big and you keep lifting and get stronger, but you are not thinking about how your muscles look.
He can’t think about anything t, she snapped his head off like a walnut.
I grew up in a farm, and I used to be strong, strong, from putting in fence poles and carrying hay bales, etc. I’ll never forget when my abusive ex tried to physically start something with me.
Let’s just say it never happened again.
My son used to say, “ Mommy can pick daddy up and carry him around”. He knew cause he’d seen it.
She lifts the car 5x faster than I have time to roll my floor jack over, bend down to get into position, and pump it to get a few inches off the ground. Next time I’ll just give her a call.
Years ago I worked with a woman that was a ranked, collegiate hammer thrower. I’m not sure if she could flip a car but she was shockingly strong, this reminds me of her.
This would probably be easier if she tried to roll it with the assistance of the built on wheels. Home girl is absolutely failing this driver's ed class 😔

Being a volvo, it was probably predisposed to being right side up
Not to diminish your accomplishment tho
I've got to believe all cars are predisposed to being right side up lmao
Yeah, I can’t even face the idea that some cars may not be thusly predisposed, myself. I mean, and still get into one.
I’d bet nobody would believe me if this happened and there were no witnesses.
I have big quads and calves and I also tell my husband I’m training to be able to remove a car from off of our kids if I am ever in the position to need to.😂

Can't imagine having her strength.
Don't diminish yourself girl! That shit is heavy! Farm work will get you those good functional muscles for sure.
Farm strong is a different animal.
That was so sick but I’m completely enthralled by how perfectly her hair matches her shorts. That hair color is so cuteee
I said the same thing and my wife laughed at me! But come on, this woman is strong AF and beautiful and that’s friggin’ awesome!
I’m impressed with her leg strength. Much of lift came from those!
This woman just tipped over a car using her shins as leverage. Holy taquito.

Fucking hell that upper body strength 🤩 I want to be her someday

Yeah I've had a woman sit on my leg before while in the straight toe position and I can't imagine the weight of an car, even a motor less one, in that position.
What's straight toe position? I just googled it and I only got literal toe alignment stuff.
Dude do you not see the tree trunks she has for legs?! Upper body, lower body, entire body strength! She's killin' it!
This is like 90% lower body.
That last rollover was the most impressive.
I want to be strong like that too.. so cool
I would have crapped out all my guts
How on Earth did she not blow her wrists doing that with an under grip until that high!? Here I am getting wrist pain if I do t warm up properly before push ups :’(
That is pretty amazing.
Strrrrong back & core! I’m in awe 🤩

She could pick a lot of guys up and just throw them over the fence!
I'm both impressed by her amazing strength and how beautiful her hair looks
We need her in our town, to deal with everyone who parks in bike lanes.
And she just looks like a normal woman, not a crazy body builder. Damnnnnnn girl that was amazing.
She looks normal the same way 6‘2“ Steph Curry looks tiny on the NBA court, while people like 6‘6“ Kobe Bryant looked normal
Every time I remember Steph is 6’2” my brain short circuits
This woman is built as hell, crazy amount of muscle. She's just not super cut and veiny
Bro where the fuck are you from? Themyscira?
Body builders aren't actually that strong compared to the expectation their appearance inspires. If you go look at actual Olympic weightlifting, the people with the strength to lift the heaviest things are actually shaped exactly like this gal.
The best women are generally the biggest and amazing. It takes a lot of bulk to put up that weight. Just take a look at her hip flexors.
You are tripping balls if you think that's what a normal woman looks like. She is built like a tank.
Yeah, this is top 1-3% female lifter. Elite to the core.
I think people are saying this because she's strong as hell but still has a characteristically feminine physique/appearance. It's unfortunately common to hear people suggest that a woman's body becomes "too masculine" if she lifts weights. She is subverting that expectation.

dyels like you really have no idea what built looks like lol
It's amazing that she can be this ludicrously strong! And you're right, she just looks like a normal woman.

Me when my husband waits longer than 5 seconds to help me move something which inevitably ends up with me bruising or straining something.
Give her a cape and a city to save because she is obviously a super hero!
Me when someone cuts me off in traffic.
Why did I think of the Street Fighter bonus stage watching this?
her training, except a million times better. Fuck yea, Get it girl!
