Yea this bigger arm movements would be the more traditional look. Also you’re doing the over the top toss for the 3 which definitely works but is more of a variation than the base pattern. It’s more common to do this from a 423 in the columns style bc it kind of puts the focus on the carry.
The 3 throw - the one going hand to hand - is too high. Consequently, your arm circle is too low. The arm circle should go over the ball with arm more extended, not the other way around.
Now, your 4s and 2s - the columns and arm swings, respectively - are inside, while the over throw is outside. Try switching columns to outside and throw to inside. The takeout will be a bit weirder, but you will have more space to explore what exactly you can do with the arm without the ball above. Then you can do the same with this original version. Remember, while a takeout is a specific hand motion, your hand can do many more motions and trace many more paths. You might want to try swinging or pulling out your arm in different spaces, it helps with control and movement vocabulary a lot.
That's like a Take In. Or almost like a reverse chop. Take OUT should be around the outside of the rest of the pattern.
The way I learned them was to do an overthrow first (so like, one tennis/half shower throw). That puts your hand in a great position to then grab the next one and take it out. Try to have your arm at full extension during it.
Start with just one. So from cascade, one overthrow, say, from the right hand, and then have your right hand continue to the left after the throw, grabbing the next ball, and then ALL THE WAY around in a big windmill motion.
If someone is playing Super Mario 3D World in the background, you should be juggling to the rhythm of the music. Your technique looks great though. Tosses and catches are clean!
You just gotta move your hand with the ball over the ball falling!
yeah the circular motion goes over everything

If you can, try to throw a little lower. That will make some space so that it's easier to move your arms around!
