I had a 15 minute screen hr interview on December 23th. I know you should send one within 24 hours but with it being Christmas I didn't send one so i was thinking about sending one tonight and they'll get it tomorrow. They interview wasn't my best, I honestly don't know how i feel about the interview. It's a job I want and I think I would enjoy. The lady said if I have any questions or what to tell her something about me I can email her anytime. She said they will reach out sometime in the beginning of the new year (beginning of January) for the second interview and hire date would be beginning of February. So it is to late to send one, what do I even say in the emailsince I thought i did a bad job. I just need some help.
Yes. You always send a thank you email for every conversation you have. So do it ASAP!

It certainly can't hurt and probably would have taken less time than it did to make this post. I think it's rare that they make much of a difference, but in this climate might as well leave no stone unturned.
