First timer here. I have tickets for an upcoming concert (got them from Lawson months ago). The concert will be in a month and the e-tickets are not yet available. Unfortunately, I have to go on a business trip come up, and now I will not be able to attend the concert.
My questions:
• It possible for me to transfer my ticket to another friend instead? I haven’t set up the lawson app on my phone and the e-tickets will be released weeks away.
• If the ticket is tied to my phone number, do I have to leave my phone / sim behind?
My friends will still watch but I’m worried they might not get their tickets if I bring my phone with me out of Japan.
Thank you!

Not sure about Lawson but another website has the option 分配する to transfer the ticket to someone else. Not sure if lawson allows it though, might only be in the app or the online ticket site
If it's tied to your phone number, transferring it might be tough. Since it depends on the event, check the official Lawson Ticket FAQ first, that's the surest bet.
I believe the Distribute feature on Lawson ticket only works if you and your friend are going together to the same concert, and you need to transfer one of the tickets to your friend’s phone (since each person needs to have their own phone with their own ticket). Don’t think you can transfer your ticket to another phone - this is to prevent private reselling.
When the concert date is near, for popular concerts you can put your e-ticket up for official resell. So you don’t lose your money and it will get picked up by someone determined by the resell system.
