I have a PS pension, pre the SPSPS. I am not buying notional service or making AVCs, as I have fairly long service. Plus I can't afford to anyways.
what is your career average salary going to look like? then you can make a guess at the value of your public sector pension when the time comes and contribute to AVCs accordingly don't know how that works with a "private" pension outside of the single scheme unless you have employment outside of that i would have expected you will have a PRSA AVC
